Implementation procedure
In accordance with Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2018/1524 of 11 October 2018 and on the basis of Art. 58d, para. 1 of the EGA, the PFIA defines the following procedure for consideration of signals:
- Alerts submitted under the Electronic Government Act (EGA) for violations of the requirements for accessibility of the content of the PFIA website may be submitted to the PFIA in person or through an authorized representative, on paper or electronically, including documents by e-mail (adfi@adfi.minfin.bg).
- The signals received by the agency are registered in the AIS (Electronic Document Management System) on the day of their receipt and are considered within one month from the date of registration. Within the same period, the response shall be prepared and sent, which shall contain: a description of the actions and measures taken to remedy the accessibility violation and the period within which the specified accessibility violations will be eliminated, or a reasoned refusal, in cases where the request is considered unfounded and unlawful.
